Order

Use the order form to place your order. Here you can choose a payment method (Ideal, PayPal or ‘pay in advance’) and enter your discount code should you have one. If you choose the option ‘pay in advance’ the amount should be transferred within 7 days or we will contact you to cancel your order.

Shipping and delivery rates

When your payment has been received your order will be shipped within 3 days. Our standard shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. In case we are not able to send your order in time we will inform you via e-mail. In case of urgency please let us know via the order form under ‘remarks’ and we will try to take it into account. When you place your order you can also opt to pick up your order in Ermelo (please consult first). Postage for standard mail is calculated by weight, parcels are € 6.75 for a package of up to 10 kg (with track and trace the Netherlands only). By Kris sends via Postnl And Kiala.

Complaints

Please send us an e-mail if your order was carried out incorrectly, we will try to find a solution as fast as we can. By Kris strives to answer your questions within two working days, holidays excepted.

You have the right to return your order or part of your order, unused and in original packaging within 14 days after delivery. The customer should send notice the product will be returned before returning the product as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days. When the items returned are received in good order the amount paid will be refunded within 5 days to your bank account. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery for any items returned.
